Hey everyone just a heads up that I've booked the theatre at Fort Calgary for an acoustic evening with friends Thursday Oct 26. We'll be playing some songs you'd never hear at a !Bang show, stuff you can actually bring the whole family to hahaha. It's been a long time since we've done something like this I hope you'll join us. Tickets will be $10 and the money will just be going towards paying expenses.
We'll playing playing some really cool stuff anywhere from Johnny Cash to Coldplay to Black Label Society. Perhaps even a couple originals. Mark it on your calendar, it's going to be an amazing night.

I'm reposting this from Troy's myspace because I know not everyone is on 'myspace' ...Mike A. Just writing this post after a pretty swell practice with the guys. Things are sounding pretty damn good I have to say. The guys have upped their game. I really hope those of you that have seen our shows don't miss our first acoustic show this Tuesday at Ft. Calgary's 100 seat theatre. We decided to put this show on to show you a softer more gentler side to one of Calgary's most popular hard rock bands  There are songs I'm so excited to sing such as Coldplay's "I'll See You Soon" for one, City and Colour's "Comin' Home" System of a Down's "Roulette" just to name a few. 20 songs in total. Show is from 8pm to 10pm, doors at 7:30. Message me if you'd like to reserve tix or call me at 860-2632, they're only $10. I'll have them at the door with your name on them, or just show up at the door. 750 - 9Ave SE, there's lots of parking. Get there early, have a couple drinks. You can bring your drinks into the theatre with you. Afterall it probably wouldn't be a real show of ours unless there were wobblies available haha. T-roy |
